Meet Holly! Holly is one of our new resident bartenders all the way from Adelaide. Studying horticulture, Holly has a green thumb for not just plants but environment sustainability also. When she is not tending to plants, you may catch Holly striking up conversation with just about anyone in the bar! An array of hobbies, sewing and crocheting are her flavour this month.
