Our team in 2023

The near 22 years of mango have presented many challenges but perhaps the staffing shortages of 2022 stand out the most. Many industries and businesses were impacted but in a small business, with a small team, we felt particularly vulnerable. With Covid and isolation requirements lingering, many people choosing to change industries or just try out new jobs, at mango we experienced recruitment fatigue and worked more than ever. But as we head into 2023 our mango team has gained stability leaving us well placed to balance family and work commitments as circumstances change. It’s also allowed for a well-earned break while the cocktails in Hall Street continued to flow! Thank you mango team for making it all run smoothly, thanks for your friendships and for a great night out!
