Cox plate weekend 2014

As Melbourneites we have seen the hype building over the last few months. In the cold dark days of winter a small window of hope, a reminder of warmer times, wherever we looked spring racing. Spring racing to us means one thing, it’s time for our annual Mango Cox Plate after party. For those of you that have seen the event grow over the years to become the biggest day on the Mango calendar we can’t wait to welcome you back, for those of you who are yet to be initiated we can’t wait to have you join the fun!! So the deets as they stand…

Friday October 24th we open at 4pm for those heading to the Manikato Stakes. With happy hour till 7pm it’s a great way to start your evening. Then pop back after the big race where our resident dj D’Operator will keep you movin’ and groovin’ into the night. Saturday 25th October we open at 5pm, Mango’s fine array of delectable cocktails will be flowing, we’ll have a drink special (watch out on our FB page for that one…) and music curtesy of RnB queen DJ AK along with the internationally recognised DJ Jewel. Frock up/Suit up or don’t, go to the races beforehand or don’t, come with a group of friends or by yourself, whatever the case Mango is having a party and we want to see you all here!
